Job Description

Job Overview

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
  • Lead incident response & post-mortems
  • Implement and test disaster recovery strategies
  • Collaborate with teams to define and enforce SLAs
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery workflows
  • Manage infrastructure with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes
  • Participate in on-call rotations. 


Skills & Experience

  •  4+ years in SRE/DevOps roles
  •  Proficient in Python, Bash, Shell with exposure to Chef/Ansible
  •  Strong in AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
  •  Hands-on Kubernetes administration experience
  •  Knowledge of IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
  •  Expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and tracing systems
  •  Experience with PostgreSQL & network/security best practices
  •  Familiar with CI/CD & GitOps workflows
  •  Exposure to tools like Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace.


Preferred

  •  AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer certification
  •  Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
