Job Description

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the SharePoint technical domain.
Contribute to large-scale planning, strategy development, and implementation activities.
Design, code, test, debug, and document applications and solutions related to SharePoint environments, including upgrades and new deployments.
Review and resolve moderately complex technical challenges through in-depth analysis of technologies and procedures.
Act as an escalation point, providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve project goals.
Ensure adherence to functional, policy, procedural, and compliance requirements while delivering client-focused solutions.
