About the Role

As the

SharePoint Developer Lead

at NCG, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining innovative SharePoint-based web portals that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role goes beyond codingits about creating collaborative, scalable, and secure digital solutions that meet business needs. You will lead a skilled team of developers, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful solutions that empower both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement a
best-in-class SharePoint portal
tailored to meet organizational needs.
Customize SharePoint features and functionalities to enhance productivity and usability.
Ensure
security, scalability, and performance
of SharePoint sites, managing site collections, permissions, and access controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, offering expert advice on SharePoint capabilities and best practices.
Lead SharePoint projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Apply
UI/UX principles
to create engaging, user-friendly web pages and content types.

Required Skills & Experience

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6-9 years of experience in
SharePoint development
with a proven record of delivering successful projects.
Strong proficiency in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
, and related web technologies.
Experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and integration with Microsoft 365 tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation.
