ServiceNow QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing ServiceNow product suites, ITIL, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow solutions Skill set: 5+ Yeas of overall experience and good in, ServiceNow Product Suite Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow product suites, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules. Experience with testing ServiceNow instances, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. ITIL and ITSM Expertise: Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and ITSM (IT Service Management) principles. Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management. Test Planning and Execution: Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions. Execute manual and automated testing of ServiceNow instances, including regression testing and exploratory testing. Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects in ServiceNow instances, including creating and managing defect reports. Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects. Test Automation: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or other relevant technologies. Automate testing of ServiceNow instances to improve efficiency and reduce testing time. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support. Communicate test results, defects, and testing progress to stakeholders. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to improve overall testing capabilities. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs.
