Job Description

You will be joining our growing ServiceNow practice and will have the opportunity to take on various roles such as Developer, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Product Owner. Your expertise in different ServiceNow modules will be crucial in designing, developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business needs and IT strategy. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **ServiceNow Developer (46 Years):** - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc. - Create business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies. - Work on integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server. - Troubleshoot issues and support platform upgrades. - **Senior ServiceNow Developer (68 Years):** - Design scalable technical solutions based on stakeholder requirements. - Guide junior developers, ensure code quality, and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with architects to define and implement platform strategies. - Lead implementation efforts across modules and manage release cycles. - **ServiceNow Technical Lead (810 Years):** - Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations. - Define coding standards, development guidelines, and architecture decisions. - Drive integration strategies, oversee CI/CD and DevOps adoption. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, infra, and operations. - **ServiceNow Product Owner (1012 Years):** - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. - Define product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow platform evolution. - Prioritize backlog items and drive value delivery in an Agile environment. - Ensure platform adoption, process improvements, and measurable business impact. **Key Modules & Technical Expertise:** - **Core:** ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog - **Advanced:** ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, Software/Hardware Asset Management - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder - Experience in Service Portal and Custom App Development - Hands-on with API Integrations (REST/SOAP), LDAP, SSO, MID Servers - Understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow upgrades, and platform maintenance **Certifications (Preferred):** - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - One or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc. - Product Owner certifications (for PO roles) like CSPO or equivalent (optional but preferred) **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Strong analytical, leadership, and mentoring capabilities - Agile/Scrum delivery experience You will be joining our growing ServiceNow practice and will have the opportunity to take on various roles such as Developer, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Product Owner.
