Job Description

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Developer based in Sydney/Melbourne, your role will involve advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset. You will be responsible for system integration using web services and other technologies like XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential, as you will need to demonstrate influence in a consultative manner to stakeholders and team members. Additionally, you will extend the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and understand technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage scripts and workflow - Utilize Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI policies, and Scheduled Jobs for all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system - Work with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript as well as the ServiceNow APIs - Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS with CSS, HTML, and Jelly - Conduct demo reviews with client stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills - Certified as a ServiceNow Administrator / Implementation Specialist,
