You are an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with a solid background in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modeling, data integrations, and scripting on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and enhancing CMDB models, implementing data loads, defining ETL workflows, and ensuring data accuracy through robust Transform Maps. Additionally, your role will involve customizing ServiceNow functionalities using Scoped Applications, designing Scripted REST APIs, and maintaining CMDB integrity and governance while optimizing processes and data quality in collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance CMDB models within ServiceNow. - Implement data loads using Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform Maps. - Define ETL workflows and robust Transform Maps to ensure data accuracy. - Work on Scoped Applications to customize ServiceNow functionalities. - Design and implement Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages for integrations. - Maintain best practices for CMDB integrity and governance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CMDB processes and data quality. Required Skills: - Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Hands-on experience in CMDB modeling and maintenance. - Strong understanding of Data Source, Import Set, and Transform Map. - Experience with ETL definitions and data transformation processes. - Knowledge of Scoped Applications and customization within ServiceNow. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages.
