ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer at Cloudologic, your role involves designing, developing, and enhancing automation solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Virtual Agents and Service Catalogs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations using the Virtual Agent Designer. - Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations. - Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge. - Implement custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and flow designers as necessary. - Integrate Virtual Agent with third-party platforms and backend systems when required. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations for performance and user experience. - Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Perform unit testing and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Create and maintain documentation for developed features and customizations. - Adhere to best practices and compliance standards in development and delivery. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ITSM modules. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent. - Proven experience in Service Catalog creation and customization. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Virtual Agent certification is a plus.
