Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Position: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 5 to 10 Years Category: Software Development/Engineering Job Location: Bangalore & Chennai Position ID: J0825-1199 ServiceNow Developer to support enhancements to the existing Virtual Agent (VA) and ServiceNow portal. This role will gather requirements from the Virtual Agent Knowledge Management team, develop and update VA topics and NLU models, and modify the portal to meet new business needs.

Virtual Agent, NLU models, Implement portal enhancements to extend functionality (e.g., display additional approver/delegate details). Good to have skills: Modify existing capabilities as needed to address new requirements not handled by the VA.
