Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules across various ServiceNow products, including ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, and Service Catalog.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Discovery, CMDB, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Develop and manage ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data transformations.
Work with integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JDBC) to integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
Customize ServiceNow to meet business requirements using JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting.
Perform upgrades, system patches, and support tasks in the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical support for the ServiceNow platform, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system bugs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implement effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and junior developers.
Document all custom development, workflows, and integrations for future reference.
Support ITOM solutions including Event Management, Discovery, and Orchestration.
Implement and configure ITAM processes including Asset Lifecycle Management, Procurement, and Tracking.
