Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client needs.
Provide technical guidance on CSM best practices and ITIL methodologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO) through documentation and testing.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-8 years of experience in ITSM implementation or development on ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident management, problem management, change management).
Experience with CSM tools such as Service Catalog Management (SCM), Request Fulfillment (RFx), Problem Management (PM), Change Management (CMDB).
