About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customising ServiceNow applications to meet evolving business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customise the ServiceNow platform to meet business and functional requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Work with App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, Workspaces, Workflows, Integration Hub, and scripting tools to deliver scalable solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimisation.
• Support the application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and application issues promptly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 2+ years as a ServiceNow Application Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, Workflows, Workspaces, and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and strong scripting experience within ServiceNow.
• Ability to write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with the development and support of custom applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
