Position: Service Manager

Location: Koduvally, Calicut

Our service centers are equipped with state-of-the-art tools and staffed by skilled professionals.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our LG Authorized Service Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the service field, excellent communication skills, and proven management abilities. The Outlet Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage a team of service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the LG Authorized Service Center.
  • Ensure the outlet meets performance targets and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Conduct daily closing activities and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service professionals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Handle staffing issues, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and repairs.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.

- Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and tools.
  • Implement efficient processes and workflows to optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with brand representatives to ensure compliance with standards and protocols.

- Communication:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and brand representatives.
  • Provide regular reports on outlet performance to senior management.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- People Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and morale.
  • Address any personnel issues and create a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the service field, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the home appliance service industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience with day-to-day closing activities and operational management.
