1. Manage the E2E delivery of the assigned account(s)
2. Overall 18-20 years experience in IT with atleast 6 years experience in managing the delivery, operations, resourcing and financials of accounts with a minimum size of USD 5-10Mn annual revenue (80-100 FTEs)3. Experience in managing teams from multiple geographies and technologies4. Experience in managing clients and accounts from North America market5. Experience in Account level resource, revenue and margin forecasting6. Experience in margin optimization7. Good people management skills to energize, upskill and retain talent.
