Job Description

As a Senior Workday Integration Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing Workday integrations to meet business requirements. Your expertise in Workday Core HCM, Integration, Studio, and Workday Extend Certification will be critical for project success. Key Responsibilities: - Build applications using Workday Extend and create Extend orchestrations to effectively model business processes. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of app components, model components, app security, and authentication processes. - Utilize deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST) to develop and optimize integrations. - Develop APIs, ensure data architecture alignment, and utilize Workday reporting tools such as BIRT, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer. - Implement Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and ensure data governance compliance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/Consultant with a Workday certification. - Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objectives. - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to knowledge transfer and maintaining technical documentation. Additional Company Details: Exposure to Workday Orchestrate and experience in collaborative workshop facilitation and stakeholder management are desired. Your detail-oriented approach, focus on data integrity and compliance, and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues will be essential in this role.,
