We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead our technology vision and strategy, ensuring the successful execution of all technical and digital initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.Oversee end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of digital products and platforms.Lead and mentor the technical team to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.Identify emerging technologies and drive their adoption to maintain competitive advantage.Collaborate with management, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements.Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, data protection, and compliance with best practices.Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, software development, and technology partnerships.Optimize resources, budgets, and timelines for maximum efficiency and output.Provide thought leadership and represent the company’s technology vision to internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills & ExpertiseProven experience (minimum 3+ years) in a CTO or senior technology leadership role.Strong background in web and software development (PHP, Laravel, JavaScript frameworks, etc.).Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics, automation tools (preferred).Expertise in system architecture, database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.), and API integrations.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT compliance.Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Ability to mentor and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar profile.Must be from Howrah or Hooghly location.SalarySalary will be based on last drawn salary and total experience.Why Join Us?Lead the technology vision of a growing digital company.Opportunity to work on innovative projects and shape future strategies.Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.📌 How to Apply:Interested candidates can share their updated CV at hr@hooqx.com
