Job Summary

HOOQX is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Web Developer to join our team at Chinsurah, Hooghly. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of proven experience in web development, strong technical expertise across multiple web technologies, and excellent leadership qualities to guide and mentor a development team. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, design, and develop dynamic websites, web applications, and portals.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web technologies.
• Manage the end-to-end web development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into projects where relevant.
• Ensure websites and applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and functional issues.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js / Angular
• Backend: PHP, Node.js, Python, or equivalent
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Frameworks & CMS: Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress, or others
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web security practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Salary:

Salary will be based on last drawn and experience (within 15,000 - 25,000 Per month).

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with leadership qualities and experience in handling a development team.
• Must be located in or willing to work from Chinsurah, Hooghly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
