Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with 3- 6 years of experience in web and WordPress development. The role includes building and customizing websites, working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, and ensuring responsive, optimized, and user-friendly solutions. You'll collaborate with design and content teams, integrate APIs, and gain exposure to tools like Figma, Shopify, Git, and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and web applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

  PHP, and MySQL.

• Work on WordPress websites, including theme setup, Elementor (or other builder)

  customization, plugin updates, and content updates as needed.
• Apply basic

  WordPress customizations, including shortcode creation, and using filters and hooks.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to convert visual concepts into functional, responsive websites.

• Integrate APIs and third-party tools to meet business requirements.

• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end and back-end technical issues.
• Maintain a basic understanding of website security, performance optimization, and setup of tracking systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Microsoft Clarity).
• Stay current with the latest web technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of Figma, Shopify, Version Control(Git), and automation tools like Pabbly, Zapier, or similar is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in web development and WordPress.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

• Solid experience with WordPress, including themes, plugins, and customizations (e.g., hooks, filters, short codes).

• Familiarity with Elementor or other page builders.
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration.
• Familiarity with Shopify, version control (Git), and automation tools like Pabbly, Zapier, or similar is a plus.
