Qualifications:

• Graduate in Civil/Structural Engineering with 6–8 years of experience in engineering consultancy or manufacturing projects.
• Master’s degree or Chartered Engineer certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design and analysis for manufacturing and industrial projects.
• Oversee design and construction stages, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Prepare and present project proposals, coordinate resources, and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to the development of company processes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of structural design, buildability, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D design tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cost, quality, and deadlines effectively.
