Senior Solution Architect

Senior Solution Architect, D&T, Software Packaging. This person would be 6 months extensible to 12 months backfill for a maternity leave.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively provide consulting services related to tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, JAMF, etc.
• Developing, Testing and Packaging in InstallShield and PowerShell Studio for all platforms
• Leading and supporting the architectural and conceptual development of the tools listed
• Lead / coordinate the troubleshooting and problem determination and resolution
• Collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to maintain existing endpoint configuration services
• Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects and support project execution
• On-going observation of new enhancements and features of our endpoint configuration tools and services (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, JAMF)
• Ensure the Endpoint Configuration tools are updated to current levels and within supported versions
• Provide the necessary tools to the company to keep the Endpoints within supported versions
• Coaches, supports, and trains other team members.
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant work experienc
