Senior Software Tester

As a Senior Software Tester at Trusttech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products for global clients in the forex trading industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing requirements and specifications to develop a defined test strategy, plan, and specifications. - Identifying use cases, creating test plans, and generating test cases to assess product quality. - Assisting the Expert in managing Testers" work during test preparation and execution activities. - Introducing, optimizing, or adapting supporting processes like defect management and configuration management. - Creating documentation covering project functionalities. - Installing, optimizing, and administrating the testing environment. - Developing and executing customized or tool-generated test scripts to automate test plans. - Recording and managing defects, fixes, regression test cycles, and test data reloads. - Communicating test reports, status, and information to the project team and Project Manager. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role. - Experience in CRM, Website, and Mobile application projects. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing (a plus). - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. - Working knowledge of test management software SQL. - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills. - Strong problem-solving aptitude and organizational skills.
