Senior Software Engineer I - Golang Fullstack

Your Responsibilities will include: - Leading software development projects in a hands-on manner - Writing and reviewing code, creating software designs, and expanding expertise into various domains like database design, cloud technologies, and DevOps - Tinkering with new open-source libraries and technologies, guiding teams on agile engineering practices, and providing coaching and mentoring to developers - Being based in either Bengaluru or Gurugram office as part of the Growth, Marketing & Sales team - Being aligned primarily with Periscope's technology team to enable better commercial decisions through actionable insights Your Qualifications and Skills should include: - A degree in Computer Science or a related field - 6+ years of experience in building complex backend systems, with at least 3 years in Golang - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, RESTful APIs, CI/CD best practices, and frontend development in React - Proficiency in modern engineering practices, agile software development methodology, performance optimization, and application profiler tools - Experience with GenAI coding assistants for enhanced productivity and code quality - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage client expectations If you're someone who thrives in a challenging environment, values continuous learning and growth, and is passionate about driving impactful solutions, then this role in Periscope's technology team could be the perfect fit for you.,
