As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at NTT DATA in Delhi, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and integration of various ServiceNow modules to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Assist in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, and CMDB. - Work on ServiceNow Platform Upgrades and Cloning. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and offer technical guidance. - Develop and configure ServiceNow components such as workflows, scripts, and integrations. - Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they align with business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules, providing timely support. - Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and data flow. - Stay updated with ServiceNow updates and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a technical consulting role. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs). - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar certification is a plus.
