Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer at our company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce solutions and integrations. - Translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable code. - Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, performance, and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Salesforce applications. - Optimize existing systems and propose technical improvements. - Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. - Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science or related field; masters preferred. - 6+ years of Salesforce development experience. - PD-I certification (PD-2 preferred). - Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, and Visualforce. - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative tools. - Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations and Salesforce security features. - Knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles, sharing rules). - Familiarity with Managed and Unmanaged Packages. - Understanding of software development life cycles, preferably SAFe Agile methodology. - Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into high-quality code. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
