About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on

  Salesforce Education Cloud

  and

  Non-Profit Cloud

  .
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet unique client needs, including Experience Cloud site development.
  
• Leverage

  Education Data Architecture (EDA)

  and related frameworks to deliver scalable education-focused solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct solution design workshops, and ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives.
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  
• Support tender submission process with documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution outlines as required.
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Salesforce Education Cloud

  (Salesforce.org) and

  Non-Profit Cloud

  .
• Familiarity with

  Experience Cloud

  .
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration patterns.
  
• Proven experience with

  EDA

  (Education Data Architecture) and/or

  HEA

  (Higher Education Architecture).
• Ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions in large-scale environments.
  

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect

  or

  System Architect

  .

• Education-focused certifications

  (EDA, HEA).

• Salesforce Administrator

  ,

  Advanced Administrator

  , or

  Platform App Builder

  .

• Non-Profit Cloud Consultant

  (Bonus).
