Job Description

As the Salesforce Administrator at ConnectWise, you will be leading the ongoing development of the Salesforce deployment. You will work closely with functional leaders, cross-functional teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. Your responsibilities will include executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Business Applications team with a high attention to detail - Research, analyze, and document findings - Act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, handling all basic administrative functions - Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades - Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations - Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests - Work with the institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities - Assist in training new users and enhance the Salesforce skill set across the organization - Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams - Define and document development requirements with the user community - Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related applications, systems, and processes Qualifications Required: - Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision - Practical knowledge of the applicable work area - Ability to adapt to and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements - Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization - Ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality - Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201 and ADM211) required - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of related experience - Preferred experience in Salesforce CPQ - Preferred certifications/credentials in Sales Cloud (e.g., CPQ specialist), Service Cloud, and/or Developer ConnectWise is a community-driven software company dedicated to the success of technology solution providers.
