Job Description

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company with an annual revenue of 100 crore and over 10 years of proven expertise in online sales. Leveraging our deep industry experience and digital-first capabilities, we are now building an AI-powered shopping discovery platform for Indian consumers, designed to transform how people search, compare, and shop online.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive high-value partnerships, vendor acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in e-commerce, digital partnerships, and B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, Just Dial, etc.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to define growth strategy, build strong alliances, and scale a high-potential early-stage venture.

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive offline retail partnerships, onboarding small and mid-sized retailers onto the platform.
  • Lead account management to ensure sustained growth and retention of retail partners.
  • Build and execute strategies with social influencers to expand visibility and promote the platform.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with overall growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across key categories (electronics, appliances, parenting, fitness, etc.).
  • Contribute to investor pitches and fundraising initiatives, showcasing business potential and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or consumer tech).
  • Strong background in vendor acquisition and account management.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers, brands, or partners to drive visibility and growth.
  • Exposure to fundraising or investor relations is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
