Senior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute

  test plans & test cases

  for

  Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365)

  applications and related systems.
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

  for CRM customizations and configurations.
• Test CRM integrations with

  ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, and third-party APIs

  .
• Create and manage

  test data and environments

  for smooth testing.
• Document, track, and resolve

  defects

  in collaboration with developers.
• Ensure compliance with

  QA best practices, company standards, and security policies

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years

  of hands-on QA experience.
• Proven experience in testing

  Dynamics CRM customizations

  (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, forms).
• Good knowledge of

  CRM modules

  : Sales, Customer Service, Field Service.
• Familiarity with

  SQL

  for data validation & backend testing.
• Knowledge of

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and tools like

  Postman

  for integration testing.
• Experience with test management tools (

  Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Rally

  ).
• Exposure to

  test automation frameworks

  (Selenium, Robot, etc.) and

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Strong

  analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills

  .

• Nice to have

  : Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ISTQB certification.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
