Job Description

Experience:

At least 7-10 years of professional experience at a software company or in a comparable role
Successful support of software development projects as a senior QA engineer and significant contribution to the success of the team
Knowledge of the principles, methods and tools of software quality assurance and continuous testing
Ideally ISTQB® Certified Tester certification or comparable certification
Sound knowledge of test tools such as Virtuoso, TestQF, SoapUI, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.
Experience in the creation of load tests with Gatling (Scala version)
Experience in working with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
Experience in software development (Java), scripting languages (e.g. Shell, Python) and working with SQL databases (especially Oracle, PostgreSQL) is desirable
Knowledge and understanding of security challenges in the context of distributed software architectures and web applications
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Basic technical knowledge of the financial industry
