Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance analytics solutions using Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing analytics systems for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Python development and analytics best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming for data analytics and architecture.
• Strong expertise in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Proficient in designing and implementing ETL pipelines and working with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
