Senior Python Developer

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services in Python that power our AI/ML workflows and sales forecasting engine.
• Develop integrations with external systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
• Work with large volumes of unstructured data (emails, meetings, CRM activity) and transform them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to design clean, well-documented APIs.
• Implement best practices in testing, performance optimization, and security.
• Contribute to technical decisions on architecture, deployment, and infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional Python experience (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
• Strong background in building scalable APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL (or similar relational DBs); knowledge of ORMs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, NLP, or sales/revenue tools is a big plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives with autonomy.
