Senior Python Developer

Location: On-site | Delhi HQ

Experience: 2–5 years (Full-time role)

Compensation: ₹7–12 LPA

Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, Flask, GenAI, REST, Postgres, Redis, Docker

Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs using FastAPI and Flask
• Build scalable microservices and backend systems for voice AI agents
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, and prompt orchestration pipelines
• Collaborate with ML, DevOps, and frontend teams
• Optimize performance, latency, and reliability for high-throughput systems
• Participate in code reviews, technical architecture, and mentoring juniors

Must-Have Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Python backend development
• Experience with WebSockets, WebRTC
• Strong command of FastAPI and Flask
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Postgres, Redis
• Proficiency in Docker, Git, CI/CD workflows
• Ability to write clean, testable, production-grade code

Education & Preference

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Candidates from Tier-1 institutes preferred (IITs, NITs, NSUT, DTU, IIIT, etc.)

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector DBs)
• Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience working on enterprise SaaS or Voice AI products
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS-based deployments
