Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, a passion for clean and scalable code, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications and systems, with exposure to AI and machine learning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python applications and services.

·      Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

·      Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

·      Troubleshoot and debug applications and systems.

·      Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.

·      Integrate third-party APIs and services.

·      Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.

·      Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, especially in AI and ML technologies.

·       

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

·      Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

·      Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

·      Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

·      Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

·      Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

·      Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

·      Exposure to machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

·      Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

·      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

·      

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·      Experience in deploying ML models to production.

·      Contributions to open-source projects or a personal GitHub portfolio.
