Mandatory skills:

Microservices(Authentication, Communication, Consistency, logging), CQRS, Pro in Web API building(Data validations, logging, Asynchronous), Design Principles(What are the design principles they follow as part of daily development), Architectures(Clean, Event-Driven, etc) knowledge, design patterns and Architectual patterns.

Must-Have/Required Skills:

• Expertise in Microservices Architecture and service decomposition strategies.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, Web API, and RESTful service design.
• Proficiency in Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for message-based communication.
• Deep understanding of Design Principles, SOLID, and design patterns.
• Experience in asynchronous programming, Dependency Injection, and middleware development.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Redis or similar caching mechanisms in distributed environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Implementation knowledge of API versioning and HTTP standards.
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization using OAuth, JWT, etc.
• Proficient in writing unit tests and conducting peer code reviews.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
