Job Description

Implement and maintain CIS automation controls in alignment with CIS, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001 standards.
Collaborate with architecture, audit, and compliance teams to continuously improve CIS controls and processes.
Design and integrate IT GRC workflows and compliance dashboards within ServiceNow GRC.
Execute access certification campaigns and enforce least privilege principles across systems and applications.

Requirements, Education, Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
610 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IT Control frameworks
Hands-on expertise with GRC tools such as ServiceNow GRC.
Solid understanding of security frameworks including CIS, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO)
Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and modern identity security practices.
Practical experience in ServiceNow GRC/SecOps for IAM process automation.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and audit processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with strong documentation skills.
