Senior Manager | Quantitative | STATA

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following: - Knowledge of social research methodologies - Field coordination with enumerators and partners - Questionnaire design & tool piloting - Statistical analysis & data interpretation using STATA (primary tool for social/development research) - Survey data analysis, econometric modeling & data quality assurance and monitoring - Impact evaluation methods (RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, DiD, PSM) - Understanding of public policy, economics, and social development frameworks You will need to possess the following skills: - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Critical thinking and problem-solving - Communication skills for converting technical outputs into policy-relevant insights - Team collaboration and coordination with field & technical teams - Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines To qualify for this role, you should have: - Grad/PG/Masters in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields - 6-8 years experience preferably in social research, policy, or impact evaluation - Prior experience in research organizations, think tanks, or development consultancies - Core knowledge in STATA software and data modelling is mandatory If you meet the above criteria, you will be contacted for further discussion.
