Senior Java Trainer

As a Senior Trainer at MGrow, you will play a pivotal role in leading classroom and practical training sessions for professionals in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. With a focus on Java DSA and Full Stack Java, you will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing project guidance to enhance the learning experience. - Leading practical labs and live coding demonstrations. - Addressing technical and conceptual doubts raised by learners. - Conducting assessments such as mock tests, coding challenges, and daily tests. - Preparing and enhancing training material. - Monitoring student performance, providing individual feedback, and maintaining progress reports. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Master's degree (ME/MTech preferred) or BE/BTech with strong industry/domain knowledge. - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in training or industry in Java Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) or Full Stack Development using Java. - Strong command over domain concepts, hands-on tools, and technologies. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills. Collaboration with the MGrow and client teams will be key to ensuring a seamless program execution, while fostering a collaborative, engaging, and motivating learning environment for the participants. Experience in curriculum planning and training content development will be a valuable asset, and your availability to work full-time on-site throughout the training period is a prerequisite for this contractual role.
