The Enterprise Architecture & Data Platforms value-stream (EADP) plays a crucial role in managing enterprise data assets throughout the organization, encompassing data & analytics platforms, governance of data & analytics solutions, data quality, recency, data interfaces, integration with external systems, and advanced analytics capabilities. We are currently looking for a seasoned and highly proficient MDM Solution Architect with specialized expertise in Master Data Management (MDM). Your responsibilities may entail the following tasks, among others: - Providing technical and administrative leadership and support for Master Data Management (MDM). - Identifying and confirming Non-Functional Requirements. - Evaluating Data Mapping impacts from a technical perspective. - Overseeing Deliverables and macro and micro Design components. - Analyzing and defining detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies. - Collaborating with the EA (Enterprise Architecture) team on standards, product roadmap, and architecture decisions aligned with the enterprise blueprint. - Taking ownership and driving the progression of MDM and Data Governance initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 7 years of IT experience along with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc. - At least 5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management (MDM). - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Capability to lead the development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions spanning multiple technologies and disciplines. - Experience in integration design activities, working closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and peer Team Members. - Proficiency in integration technologies, middleware platforms, integration design patterns, messaging frameworks, API management, ETL tools, data transformation techniques, and ESB frameworks. - Ability to comprehend the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and devise solutions that address these without unnecessary enhancements. - Familiarity with Real Time & Near Real Time integrations, including Message Oriented message handling techniques. - Experience with Cloud technology such as AWS EC2 instances and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platform/Applications. - Experience or knowledge in designing CI/CD solutions (Git/Jenkins). - Demonstrated expertise with enterprise database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
