Job Description

The Senior IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure : Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network hardware; liaise with ISPs; ensure redundancy and disaster recovery.
Systems Administration : Oversee Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/DHCP; manage user
accounts, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and endpoint compliance.
Security : Enforce IT security policies; prevent unauthorized access; monitor threats; deploy
antivirus/EDR; conduct security audits.
IT Support : Provide L2/L3 support; assist remote/client site staff; maintain ticketing system.
Maintenance & Licensing: Plan upgrades/patches; track IT assets; ensure license compliance; recommend new tools.

Requirements:

Bachelors in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
4 + years in IT administration, preferably in hybrid environments.
Expertise in networking, VPNs, Active Directory, endpoint security.
Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace; cloud knowledge
(AWS/Azure/GCP a plus).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and security skills.
