Job Description

As the Senior Implementation Project Manager at Zaggle, you will be responsible for implementing the Zaggle Expense Management Solution. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they are fully trained on product processes and maintain strong product knowledge. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve processes, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex global implementations following Zaggle's Deployment Methodology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as an internal role model through leadership, professionalism, and active communication - Mentor and coach Implementation Project Managers - Lead initiatives to improve implementation methodology and reduce deployment timeframe - Represent the department on cross-functional teams to enhance product features and tools - Manage multiple concurrent complex global implementations - Conduct gap analysis and gather client business requirements - Manage client expectations and drive project deliverables - Work and communicate effectively with stakeholders, C-Level sponsors, and client project teams - Conduct trainings and product demonstrations with clients remotely - Provide consultative expertise to guide clients through key decisions - Regularly update client statuses and escalate issues when necessary - Deliver outstanding client service to achieve high implementation survey scores - Meet or exceed deployment productivity and quality metrics - Comply with all corporate policies **Qualifications:** - Four years degree with Accounting or Information Systems emphasis - Minimum three years of experience in implementing financial or hosted applications - Minimum five years of project management, consulting, or software implementation experience - Experience with financial applications and accounting processes - Strong organizational and problem resolution skills - Client-facing/service experience required - Ability to pass a background check **Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:** - Understanding of implementation methodologies and project management - Strong problem resolution skills and ability to engage with internal teams - Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment - Effective presentation, written, and oral communication skills - Strategic and tactical thinking abilities - Excellent organizational, planning, and negotiation skills - Strong technical aptitude and quick understanding of technical concepts - Finance/Accounting experience - Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines effectively In addition to the above requirements, you must demonstrate critical performance competencies such as accountability, planning, communication, adaptability, and business acumen.
