As a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer at Zudu AI, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of backend systems focusing on real-time communication and chatbot technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and optimizing robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI. You will also be tasked with implementing and managing real-time communication protocols such as WebRTC, WebSockets, and SIP trunking, as well as integrating chatbot and conversational AI applications leveraging technologies like Pipecat and Likeit. Collaborating with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams will be essential to deliver scalable, reliable, and production-ready features. Additionally, ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of all backend systems will be a key aspect of your role, along with troubleshooting and proactively resolving technical issues related to real-time communication and chatbot interactions. - Develop, maintain, and optimize robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI. - Implement and manage real-time communication protocols, including WebRTC, WebSockets, and SIP trunking. - Integrate chatbot and conversational AI applications leveraging Pipecat, Likeit, or equivalent technologies. - Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and production-ready features. - Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all backend systems. - Troubleshoot and proactively resolve technical issues related to real-time communication and chatbot interactions. - 6+ years of professional experience in Python backend development. - Expert-level proficiency in FastAPI, RESTful API development, and asynchronous programming. - Demonstrable experience with real-time technologies such as WebRTC, WebSockets, and SIP trunking. - Proven expertise in chatbot and conversational AI frameworks (Pipecat, Likeit, Rasa, Dialogflow, etc.). - Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.,
