Job Description As a Full-time employee at Blueberry Digital Labs located in Waverock, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, you will be responsible for the following: - Hands-on experience with building global standard web applications. - Mastery in HTML5, CSS3, and extensive proficiency in various front-end development technologies, especially React JS and Angular JS. - Proficiency in Scrum methodology and Agile practices. - Extensive experience in managing development teams by conducting daily stand-ups, ensuring sprints are completed on time, and removing dependencies. - Providing technical leadership for projects and teams through design and code reviews, ensuring the application of best technical practices. - Assisting the teams in reducing technical debt through constant code refactoring. - Offering guidance to the team regarding technical architecture. - Demonstrating strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Being well-organized with excellent communication and reporting skills. - Ability to work successfully under tight project deadlines.
