Senior Desktop Support Engineer

As a Senior Desktop Engineer, your role will involve providing expert hardware and software support for PCs, Thin Clients, Laptops, and Printers. You will be responsible for managing network connectivity, application deployment, security configurations, and maintenance activities with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert knowledge and support for hardware components of PCs, Thin Clients, Laptops, and Printers. - Perform installation and backup of Operating Systems and various software applications. - Manage the installation of printers, including configuration in RDSH environments. - Configure Wireless Access Points for robust wireless connectivity. - Troubleshoot remote connections and ensure secure access. - Support network-related assets such as Network Switches, Hubs, and POEs. - Oversee application deployment processes. - Configure and manage anti-virus and Firewall settings. - Perform preventive maintenance activities on PC systems, Thin Clients, and Printers. - Respond to and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Education: Diploma in ECE, EEE, or CS. - Desired Certifications: MCSE / MCSA. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in PC systems, Thin Clients, Printer, and Network maintenance. Specialization in at least one of these areas is required.,
