1. Able to read Casting & Machining drawing.
2. Creo Software skills Modeling, Detailing, Editing Works, Assembly Manufacturing & mold design
3. Good Knowledge in Pressure Die casting and its mechanism.
4. Knowledge to do Parting Line Study, Undercut Study, Draft Analysis for the Casting part.
5. Knowledge about Core & Caving Die Splitting.
6. Good knowledge in GD & T.
7. Able to convert the surface model to solid model in Creo ( Patch Work)
8. Able to prepare Die BOM for all die parts.
9. Knowledge to do 2D for all die parts using CREO.
10. Knowledge in CREO Toolkit Software
11. Knowledge in CREO EMX
12. Knowledge in Computer Software in C Language
13. Knowledge in CREO 2D & 3D
Exposure preferably in manufacturing assembly, quality control.
Knowledge in parts application/selection.
Good communication skills required.
Knowledge in CREO must.
