Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL development

• Comfortable coordinating with onsite stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery

• Willingness to work extended hours when needed

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to NoSQL, Vector Databases and Graph Databases with a willingness to learn new technologies

• 12 years of experience leading a small development team or mentoring junior developers

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain relational database systems for high-performance applications

optimize complex queries and stored procedures

database design, data warehouse structuring, and schema optimization

• Work closely with development teams to integrate backend database logic with front- end applications

• Perform query tuning and performance optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SQL code or database structures

• Document database structures, procedures, and configuration changes clearly and accurately
