Senior Data Consultant

You are being hired as a Senior Data Consultant at Eucloid. In this role, you will collaborate with client stakeholders on various projects within the eCommerce team. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website/app metrics for Upper Funnel, Middle Funnel, and Lower Funnel experiences. - Collaborating with client stakeholders across multiple LOBs and functions to translate business requirements into understanding key KPIs that can guide decision-making. - Creating site performance dashboards using product analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Amplitude. - Developing data-driven hypothesis and recommendations to improve site engagement, conversion, and other metrics. - Defining requirements for business dashboards to be created in Tableau. - Extracting real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data-warehouses and analyzing trends/drivers. - Leading and participating in daily standup meetings to assess data needs and deliver results. - Leading and participating in WBR/MBRs to present and discuss business trends. - Hiring, developing, and mentoring junior data analysts in the team. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications and skills: Background: - Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science, or economics from a Top-Tier institution. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analysis function in a Product organization or a client-facing role. - Knowledge of Product Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc. - Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau. Skills: - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. - Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders is a plus. - Understanding of technology stack, dependencies between applications, and data flow. - Highly adaptable to change, an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.,
