Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our high-performing AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art computer vision systems, contributing directly to large-scale, real-world implementations. You will collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to optimize vision models across detection, segmentation, tracking, and action recognition pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy real-time object detection, segmentation, and tracking solutions for live video streams.
• Develop and optimize action recognition models using cutting-edge frameworks.
• Integrate and accelerate models using NVIDIA SDKs (DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton).
• Work closely with AI developers to improve inference pipelines and maintain scalable deployment infrastructure.
• Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and labeling strategy design to enhance model performance.
• Benchmark and fine-tune models for edge and cloud environments.
• Collaborate in end-to-end project delivery — from prototyping to client deployment.
• Contribute to internal R&D efforts and mentor junior engineers.

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in computer vision model development.
• Proven experience with Object Detection (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, etc.), Segmentation (Mask R-CNN, DeepLab, etc.), and multi-object tracking (SORT, DeepSORT, ByteTrack, etc.).
• Familiarity with action recognition models such as I3D, SlowFast, or related architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Python, OpenCV, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Experience with NVIDIA DeepStream, TensorRT, or Triton Inference Server.
• Exposure to multi-camera systems, real-time analytics, or edge deployments.
• Understanding of MLOps pipelines and model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning).
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux-based systems for deployment.
