Job Description

We are hiring Senior Software Tester with 10+ years of Experience in SaaS/Retail based industry is must.

Key Responsibilities

Deep experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium etc.) for UI and/or API; ability to build and maintain automated test suites.
Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data, and test environments; ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
Lead both
manual
and
automated
testing efforts; contribute hands-on to automation where needed.
Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution using JIRA; ensure issue lifecycle visibility and timely remediation.
Perform risk analysis and impact assessments for new features, changes, or third-party payment / hardware integrations.
Monitor key quality metrics (bug rates, test coverage, customer reported defects, uptime); provide QA dashboards / reports to leadership.
Streamline CI/CD pipelines to include automated test suites; collaborate with DevOps to integrate testing into deployment workflows.
