Senior Associate - HR Operations

As a member of the Human Resource department, your role will involve maintaining and updating HR databases and trackers such as headcount, attrition, leave, etc. You will be responsible for generating and analyzing monthly dashboards and reports to provide insights for decision-making. It will be essential to stay informed about labor laws to ensure statutory compliance and reporting within the organization. Managing employee benefits including insurance, wellness programs, leave, and reimbursements will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to liaise with vendors and partners for benefits enrolment, renewal, and issue resolution. Educating employees about benefits and addressing related queries will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Ensuring accurate data updates and maintenance in HRIS platforms will be crucial for effective HR operations. To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Advanced Excel skills is essential, and knowledge of HRIS systems will be an added advantage.
