Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst / Manager - Oracle ERP PPM Functional Consultant to join our team in Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle PPM, functional consulting, with a strong background in leading functional teams and managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP PPM projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test Oracle ERP PPM solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Conduct thorough testing and transition activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
Design effective configuration strategies to meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP PPM products and services.

Requirements

6-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP PPM functional consulting.
Proven track record of leading functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
Strong technical skills in Oracle ERP PPM, including configuration, testing, and transition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
